7.0Location, price. Had a broken fan and loose toilet seat. Was fixed quickly.
− No AC and windows did not open but fan was supplied. It is an older house with older furniture..bit saggy. Kitchen drawers were a bit stiff.

− It is very old and used. The toilet and toilet seat needs to be replaced, there are NO grab bars in the tub or near the toilet.
