施設、部屋等は清潔でとても綺麗だった。ただ受付場所の窓が真っ黒なのが気になった。呼び鈴はあるがチェックイン、チェックアウト時は受付の場所は開けていてほしかった。

機器の不具合で、源泉掛け流しの客室露天風呂が2日目の朝利用できませんでした。楽しみが半減しましたが、一部返金と素泊り無料券を頂きました。宿の対応には満足しました。

お風呂にお料理に満足できる金額でした。コロナ中の家族旅行には、あまり人と合わずよかったです。窓に網戸があればよかったのとエアコン調整と布団の厚さが合わず暑かったです。布団は、もう少し薄くていいかもしれません。景色もよくお料理も子供も喜んで楽しくすごせました。フリードリンクは、よかったです！
