A comfortable winter stay with excellent lounge views, attentive service, and a suite that was well
9.0Shangri-La Hotel, Harbin We paid to upgrade to a suite and it was worth it. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a proper separate living area and good winter views. Lounge access was a highlight. Overlooking Harbin Ice and Snow World, the evening views were excellent. A great place to sit and warm up after being outside. Cherry, Kiki and Wendy looked after us very well throughout the stay. Service was attentive and friendly without being over the top. Food in the lounge offered a strong selection, and the à la carte options were a welcome addition. Overall, a very good stay and a solid choice when visiting Harbin in winter.

10.0Friendly F and B chef and staff who were very approachable and willing to deliver their best service. The room was comfortable and has a good selection of TV programs compared to other hotels. Bed was excellent sleep for our tiring trip. Worth the price.
