10.0服務非常好的飯店，從櫃台接待到溫泉都很棒，尤其是服務我們客房送餐的小姐不但會講英文而且十分親切！

10.0有體驗到日本人的禮貌。接待、櫃檯、服務員，見到面微笑打招呼，舉止動作給人很正式的禮貌。退房後離開，我接受到90度鞠躬。（哇～） 在巴士總站對面。走路5～10分鐘。便利商店、纜車山麓站。

10.0The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The daily prepared meals were delicious and many varieties to choose from. Being able to book hot spring without leaving the resort was super convenient. Loved our family time here in Japan and will definitely come back again soon.

Hot springs access available from noon to 9:30 AM.
Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
