10.0התאהבנו בבונגלו מטופח ונקי, נוף ירוק מכל החלונות על הגינה עם עצי שסק ופרחים. במטבח הפרטי יש מקרר עם פריזר ומיקרוגל נקיים. בנוסף אהבנו לשבת בגינה המשותפת עם ערסל גדול וספסל - נדנדה.
