Cleanliness were perfect and services as expected or better than expected. It is an old-fashioned hotel with older baths, but still bathrooms feel good enough. Gym was a bit poorly equipped however with no weights.

Hotel near the center of the town. Spacious rooms, helpful staff. A trip to the Białowieża Park organized by the hotel was overpriced

We had a lovely stay at the Hermitage Hotel. We stayed 3 nights and we very happy with its central location and beautiful rooms. We had a suite, which was great, but were surprised a rollaway bed cost around $50US per night extra. Most hotels have them for free. The buffet breakfast was simple but satisfying. The rooms were lovely and clean, the building is beautiful with a historic feel, and overall we were very happy there.

The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable in a good location. It also had parking and a nice breakfast. The laundry service is too expensive.

I did enjoy my stay so much, the huge room with all amenities, fantastic breakfast, the peaceful neighbourhood, the wonderful garden and fast & reliable internet. The Hermitage Hotel is a wonderful place with fantastic people giving a warm welcome, starting with the most friendly doorman and front desk crew and staff of the restaurant. A very wonderful place, a short walk from Brest station and next to the Central Park of culture and recreation. You can't beat the location. A big thank you to the crew from the front desk and breakfast. When I told in the evening that I would leave early the next morning to take a train, upon check out I was given a huge breakfast box to take away!
