10.0Cleanliness were perfect and services as expected or better than expected. It is an old-fashioned hotel with older baths, but still bathrooms feel good enough. Gym was a bit poorly equipped however with no weights.

10.0We had a lovely stay at the Hermitage Hotel. We stayed 3 nights and we very happy with its central location and beautiful rooms. We had a suite, which was great, but were surprised a rollaway bed cost around $50US per night extra. Most hotels have them for free. The buffet breakfast was simple but satisfying. The rooms were lovely and clean, the building is beautiful with a historic feel, and overall we were very happy there.

10.0I did enjoy my stay so much, the huge room with all amenities, fantastic breakfast, the peaceful neighbourhood, the wonderful garden and fast & reliable internet. The Hermitage Hotel is a wonderful place with fantastic people giving a warm welcome, starting with the most friendly doorman and front desk crew and staff of the restaurant. A very wonderful place, a short walk from Brest station and next to the Central Park of culture and recreation. You can't beat the location. A big thank you to the crew from the front desk and breakfast. When I told in the evening that I would leave early the next morning to take a train, upon check out I was given a huge breakfast box to take away!
