10.0Celebrated our anniversary at the beautiful Sassafras Inn. What a great stay. The Magnolia Suite is so spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a large tub for relaxing, and the bed is comfortable. The hosts, Darren and Jillian are wonderful, and the blueberry muffins are to die for. What a great place to stay if you are leaf peeping in the fall or anytime you are in the area. The location is perfect! Remember to book direct, this is a local business and when you book on the OTA's (Expedia, Priceline, Booking.com, etc) this costs you extra and the Inn allot extra.

10.0We found The Sassafras Inn on Furnished Finder. We stayed 6 weeks. The innkeepers are personable & made us feel well taken care of the entire stay. For us, this would be the only place we would stay in Mena, AR. Rooms are comfortable & clean. Stay here if you want to feel like family & love blueberry muffins!

10.0The magnolia suite was a luxurious escape during our exploration of Arkansas. Darren is a true local knowledge font and his blueberry muffins are the absolute best! The Inn was recommended by friends and it is everything they described. Wonderful visit.

10.0A charming place to stay in Mena. Darren and Jillian will make you feel most welcomed and right at home! The rooms are warm, stylish and well appointed; the muffins and other bake goods in the morning were delicious; the attentiveness and warmth from Darren and Jillian were palpable. Thank you for a lovely stay!
