Garbage view rooms not garden view

They have the garbage looking rooms not garden view room. Staff at reception is very rude. Even no fresh glasses for welcome drinks. Used glasses kept near fresh glasses. One other guest unknowingly took used glass. We stopped them to use that one Even booking 2 month they alloted us garbage view room. My stay there totally ruined

I have just finished a four night stay here and can not understand at all why there is so many negative reviews, we had a lovely stay, hotel is clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and location is perfect. We will stay here again. Many thanks

Bath broken Room B402

ROOM B402 BATH BROKEN Overall the hotel was good but unfortunately the bath on the balcony that we paid extra for was broken. We informed reception and they said they would check but never came. They are now lying to us and trip and saying that all the baths are checked before we checked in and the bath was working fine. The bath only filled to the hot tub jets then lacked out onto the balcony . This had clearly been broken for a long time they just don't want to fix the issue is it would involve the removal of the bath to reconnect the pipes as the damage side is not accessible from the side. Very disappointed by there lies to me and trip and lack of help from reception. I've emailed them directly with evidence and they have not replied. This issue will not be fixed soon so if you're book in and they give you ROOM B402 CHECK THE BATH FILLS AND WORKS

Nice beachfront hotel, close to market with nice views

Got the oceanfront balcony rooms at 1st floor, overlooking the pool with a direct sea view. Location is excellent, right across the road from the beach and a 5 min walk from the Landmark night market. Rooms might feel just the right size for 2 people but a little cramped for any more people. Breakfast spread is good, veg options might not be as great though but good for chicken eaters. In room facilities are good as well. Overall a good stay for folks wanting a sea view hotel with a pool with proximity to the beach and market

Nice location but not really nice service

just back from there, and i notice the staff not really friend beside 1 staff that young at counter guys, other of that not really friendly and also keep chit chat. on room side there are disappointed , Room 406 that toilet really smelly someone pee and cant remove after been call multiple time, and second if you book deluxe room which are lower room then you have to push your luggage yourself, but if you upgrade your room then they will helping your to move it. got 1 night that my kid was having dinner at room and accidently spill on floor and i clean it minor and next day when room cleaning jus t ignore everything without cleaning and the floor was sticky, after that i call lobby and ask cleaning to help clean and the cleaning was come and simple cleaning without proper. then i have to use wet tissue to clean it. on the food breakfast for the fresh juice please double before drink it , there are banana fresh juice got smell and also is spoil. the location was good and next to ao nang night market but the service is not really there.

Not as updated as the pictures seem. I swear I requested 2 beds but they gave us a king sized bed. I also thought I requested a sea view and instead got a view of another hotel. No airport transfers or laundry services. The staff was pleasant but not overly helpful. Keep your receipt until the end of your stay, they don’t inform me that we needed to provide it at check out. WiFi was also spotty and slow, our tv never stopped buffering.
