7.0Spacious rustic Tuscany farmhouse 2 bedroom apartment. Onsite restaurant and nearby restaurants are all great. My kid loves the playground and all the animals.
− There are sooo many mosquitoes! Our family all got 20+ bites at the end of our 3 nights stay. The staffs said it’s just how Tuscany is, which is understandable, but I wish the hotel offers bug sprays at check-in desks to purchase. The kitchen is serviceable, but cooking pots and pans are all quite old, and there is no essentials like cooking oil, salt, paper towels stocked in the kitchen. The shower can randomly ran out of water for a couple minutes. Overall my place smells like it hasn’t been used for a while and can use some airing out. Linens also smelt like they have been in the closet for a long time.

9.0De Fattoria is een prachtig oud klooster met appartementen en kamers. Wij verbleven in la Terrazza, een geweldig groot sfeervol appartement met uitzicht over Florence. Ik had er kunnen wonen! Verwacht geen design maar antiek en warmte. Het heeft een restaurant met eerlijke keuken en met klein winkeltje. Florence is 15 minuten met de taxi. Mooi zwembad, met kinderbadje, en een groot terrein met heuvels, dieren en olijfbomen. Alle medewerkers zijn alleraardigst en behulpzaam. Een tweetal goede restaurants op loopafstand.
− Eigenlijk beviel alles. Wat ik wel apart vond is dat in augustus het restaurant een vast - ietwat beperkt - menu serveert op bepaalde weekdagen. Dat is denk ik een gemiste kans.
