A very positive experience, despite the one or two oopsies!
10.0Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The technical team assisted with getting my wifi connected. Everyone in die restaurant were very friendly. The team that cleaned up the flooded bathroom and lounge was friendly and efficient.
− The shower trap was blocked - which resulted in a flooded bathroom and lounge. No DStv - thus no Supersport, therefore missed the Springbok game!

10.0An absolute fantastic view. The room is spacious and the bathroom also has a great view. The balcony was a plus and provided a great place to see the sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
