4.0Very disappointed when checked in room was not ready to occupy no lights no air. Had to move room. Second room moved to the room ac was leaking on the bed and they wanted us to move again when we were leaving the next day. It was my wedding day and had no time to pack up and move again and had to get ready is the swelting heat for my wedding. Told us it would be fixed the next day instead of taking care of it immediately. The rooms need to be updated with working ac’s. I have never checked into a hotel with a room not being ready for a guest and for the amount of the rooms they should have never been in that condition. My three days of wedding plans was ruined

10.0Enjoyed a relaxation weekend getaway with the family and we all had fun. Was surprised about the variety of choice we had with our dinner and breakfast. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a hide away to relax as well as enjoy.

2.0Didn’t get my reservation right before I arrived. Upstairs accommodation leaking water downstairs when taking shower. Staff would not respond to your request in time. Was not a nice experience in general.
