10.0The bed was awesome. Overall, the customer service was awesome, from the front desk to the attendants! I loved that they welcomed you back to the hotel and were just so attentive. Jose was super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel and excellent staff!
10.0We loved everything about this hotel. We were in NY to see Harry Styles so just one night for this trip. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating; the room was lovely - very clean and well appointed. The onsite restaurant, Burgerology, had excellent food and service. We visit NY often and will definitely stay here again. Jose, Asad, Edris, and Luis were especially helpful
