8.0Breakfast was hearty and tasty. Dinner for 3 nights all were different, excellent preparation by the chef and honoring the specialties of the locality. I loved how they used the local herbs in their whole identity
− After 8pm, entire place is dark. Lobby lights all turned off and a little concerning especially if there is an emergency, as all staff leave the premises, and noone is there except the guests. Doors get locked and safety can be an issue

10.0The staff were extremely caring and thoughtful throughout our stay. The facilities though simple and minimalist, were all well maintained and extremely clean. The food was all delicious and uniquely prepared with local ingredients and flavours. I greatly appreciate the staff making all the effort introducing us to every single dish served. My family's first Japan Ryokan like experience and it was a great one!

10.0Soggiorno meraviglioso. Avevamo sbagliato un dettaglio per la prenotazione della cena ma lo staff gentilissimo ha saputo aiutarci a sistemare la situazione. Location molto curata e rilassante, cibo sopra le mie aspettative. Molto carina anche l'Idea dello zucchero filato nel pomeriggio. Assolutamente consigliato!

8.0Ubicación a 12' andando de la estación. Muy bonito, tiene onsen para uso privado según disponibilidad, personal muy bien. Tienen muchos detalles y regalos. Muy acogedor. La cena y desayuno tradicional Japonés total. Muchos amenities de bienvenida. Está en un lugar precioso junto a un templo y el río.
− Los colchones de nuestra habitación eran incómodos se nos clavaron los muelles. Quiero pensar que están a punto de cambiarlos porque es lo único que no concuerda con el resto de las instalaciones.
