10.0The property is really nice, beautifully and stylishly finished , located on a street that walks you straight into the beautiful center of Parma, you may also walk through the town park. The location is amazing and close to all amenities. The owners run their own hairdressing saloon and Paolo was so kind to offer my gf a free hair cut and in alternative some free hairdressing items, besides very kindly supplying us with a map and information about the town which we really appreciated. For breakfast ww were given a choice between two bars, breakfast was excellent. The place is very welcoming and friendly, professuonally run and I am sure next time I am in Parma I will return there. Highly recommended!
Great hosts, lovely property and a charming, city to visit for 2 days.
9.0Paulo and Roberta the hosts were very charming and most helpful, even offering me ad my wife a free haircut or wash and blow dry. Room and facilities were absolutely fine and great value.
− Only a minor point, but a small fridge in the room would have been helpful bearing in mind how hot it gets. There would be plenty of space for a small fridge which would have increased my score for the property from 9 up to 10.

10.0The room was beautiful and clean. The property is located conveniently to the Parco Ducale and a short walk to old town. Roberto and Paolo were excellent hosts that made us feel at home and were great resources for exploring the Parma food scene. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
