− They rent my cabin to another person and when they finally assign another one for me it doesn't have water

7.0Rooms were separated. Kitchen with enough supplies but small. Fridge with plenty of space. Quiet and safety area with an outside gate that surrounds all the cabins. Hot water worked fine but is tricky to manage (need medium flow). There was a mini closet but apart from the rooms and inside the bathroom.
− Cabin was not ready at time of check-in. No consideration of privacy by the staff to call you many times, wake up at 10:30pm and knocking loudly the door to configure the key of the outside gate. We went at 8pm to do that but notice that a person is not available 24 hours at reception. Just one roll of toilet paper for 5 persons/2 nights. We went at reception in the morning around 8am to ask for more toilet paper and nobody was there. No nightstand in one room and the only mirror available was inside the shower. No breakfast included. This cabin is away from the city and isolated, 5-8 minutes by car and there is no place to go walking distance.

− The Hot Water is shower would come and go, either cold or got. Could have had a couple more frying pans, couldn't find any place in town that had reasonable prices on cookware.
