10.0Sehr herzliche Unterkunft mit hervorragender Küche - sei es morgens zum Frühstück oder zum Abendessen - hier wird mit Herzblut gekocht! Schöner Pool mit toller Aussicht auf den Ätna. EIn herzliches Dankeschön an unseren Guide Andrea für die Vulkanwanderung! Auch ein herzliches Dankeschön an Giulia für die Übersetzungshilfen!

9.0Emplacement magnifique avec vue sur l'etna, des chambres bien rénovées (même s'il aurait été possible de faire mieux encore !), une famille gentille et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, un petit déjeuner délicieux, un endroit relaxant et apaisant au milieu de la nature qui ressource !
− Il est dommage que la piscine ferme à 18h...c'est bien trop tôt après une journée de randonnée sur l'etna : on aimerait pouvoir profiter un peu d'un moment de détente en début de soirée surtout que l'établissement se situe au milieu de nulle part ! À part ça, tout était presque parfait !

8.0The owner is lovely. Beautiful and authentic etna foothills lodging. Breakfast was nice and kids enjoyed pool. Goats, chickens, and geese on property. Quiet. Beautiful flowers. Fresh fruit at breakfast. Kind staff.
− Our reservation said the room had air conditioning, but there was none. We slept with both the window and door open to stay cool, which made me a bit nervous sleeping in a new place, just kind of figured it was safe enough to do so. Wasn't really worried about crime so much as wildlife that might enter, given we had our baby and kid with us. Then again I guess this added to the authentic nature of sleeping in the foothills of etna. The same thing happened to another room in our group, but the other two rooms booked had air conditioning. So maybe double check if this is important to you. It does cool down at night so air conditioning isn't a must but it didn't feel genuine to advertise the room as air conditioned when there was none. Also the travel crib they provided had a giant head-sized hole in the mesh and desperately needs to be thrown out and replaced for safety reasons. Our 1 year old tried to crawl out through the hole. Thankfully we had our own travel crib with us! If you are using their crib please check that they replaced the broken one.
Natura, pace e serenità
10.0Posizionato in un contesto naturalistico straordinario, quello del versante est dell'Etna, sul quale si inserisce perfettamente la struttura nel rispetto della natura e delle storiche tradizioni costruttive locali che ricalcano le antiche "masserie". Immerso nel verde originario (querce, castagni, eccc.) per cui anche nei giorni più caldi l'aria è leggera, pulita. Geograficamente la struttura è posizionata baricentricamente ai paesini più tipici della zona (Milo e Linguaglossa) che nonostante offrano servizi turistici di alto livello hanno mantenuto la loro originaria vocazione contadina, ai borghi più caratteristici (Vena e Presa) ed ai vigneti autoctoni del versante (nerello mascalese e caricante). Molte delle cantine presenti nella zona sono visitabili e offrono la possibilità di degustare le loro produzioni. Lo staff della struttura è stato molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze richieste.
