Terrible experience, recommend avoiding.
2.0We paid in advance on Trip Advisor. The charge showed on our credit card app, & we had a confirmation number. When we arrived, we showed our ID as requested. The Desk person looked it up and had the wrong address and phone number, and said we hadn't paid. He told us we had to pay. We refused to pay again. We showed him the confirmation number, but he couldn't seem to find it. We left. A terrible experience, recommend avoiding.

2.0Nothing went well. Could not find the reservation. The smoke detector was beeping so after an hour they just removed it. The toilet ran every 35 seconds all night The ice machine did not work so they went somewhere off property to get us one cup of ice.
