Surprise birthday party!
10.0Thank you to all the staff for making my husband’s surprise birthday so special. All the staff worked exceptionally hard. Everyone who attended gave great feedback on food and service. I really do appreciate all the hard work to make this surprise truly memorable. I would definitely recommend & hope to come back. We had so much fun. 10.0Very good until I foolishly caused a problem in the bedroom by tipping my large glass of red wine over the bed!!! But Chris left a very busy Friday Night bar to sort it all out without any sign of irritation and even kindly suggested he had seen worse Thank you Chris +++
a great hotel well located with a very large carpark
8.0the hotel had great character and the room was really clean and tidy, the food was excellant and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
− the bed was a bit lumpy I could feel the springs through the mattress, however I still slept well and the bathroom was really clean and modern
