10.0Super stay. Really enjoyed everything about it. Valeria on Reception was particularly wonderful and made our trip with her efficiency and kindness. Hannah was also lovely at Breakfast. Food, room, welcome drink etc - all fabulous. Thankyou for doing what hotels should do - be hospitable x

10.0Yet another brilliant stay in a fabulous hotel. Beautiful, charming & comfortable. The rooms in this hotel are genuinely fabulous. I wouldn't change a single element of this ideal stay. Bar is also staffed by very friendly people.
A Brilliant Solution to a Thorny Issue.
10.0Outstanding experience. The hotel had a technical fault, so they provided me with a room in another partner hotel which was brilliant. The hotel were extremely professional, they booked me a wonderful room, had me taken their by uber & had a complimentary drink at the bar whilst I waited. When travelling, these issues happen, it is how they are dealt with that matters. There is a reason I enjoy the Clayton so much. Staff are polite and friendly.
