− The mini fridge could be colder.
Clean, accommodating staff, but a little hard to keep the room cool.
8.0The property was in a great location for me. It was easy to access, and close to dining and shopping needed.
− I found the AC a challenge. I’d set it the temp I wanted, and it took forever to lower ( 69-70 or so), and when I left the room for a period of time it did not stay at that temperature. I came back to a muggy room and it smelled stifling. The carpet was even feeling a little sticky because it was humid in that room and that wasn’t very comfortable. I’d say that was my biggest concern with the room. I would have liked to come in to a cool room and be comfortable right away and not have to wait and listen to the unit run all night trying to get down from 72 just to 70.
Convenient and Friendly
8.0I chose rm 218 to minimize highway noise. It was pretty quiet. The front desk staff was kind when my iPhone had a hiccup and wouldn’t unlock the pool (it worked fine in my room). They walked me down to pool, got me in, and made sure I reset the app. The only thing that would have made it better was if the coffee machine were not missing a ground plug.
