大変不満足
3.0朝食がよかった。
− 宿泊アプリで高級ホテル感がありリーズナブルな価格帯でしたので大変楽しみに宿泊しましたが到着して部屋に入った早々床間に大きなゴキブリがいた。フロントに連絡しスタッフの男性が殺虫剤を持参で来られて床間へ広範囲にスプレーし始末した後 テッシュで片付け軽く謝罪し部屋から退出しようとしたので スプレーを噴射した液体が気になったので拭きとってくださいとお願いしましたがお部屋のテッシュを使い簡単に拭き帰って行かれました。 ゴキブリが出る事 事態ありえないし不愉快 最悪ですがその後の対応もかなり不愉快でした。 その後もまた出てくるんじゃないかと大変恐怖でした。宿泊施設でゴキブリは有りえません。女性は苦手な方が大変多いと思うので対策した方が良いかと思います。 また温泉も外風呂があると言う事でしたが外風呂の女性利用時間がAM0時〜AM９時？までの入浴に限るみたいでありえないです。深夜から朝風呂の方限定？ ２日の宿泊でしたが他にも気になる事があり書ききれ無いので特に気になった事のみの感想です。かなり厳しめのレビューですが今後の改善に役立ててほしい。 温泉が別館でエレベーターの乗換が大変 風呂用のタオルがわかりづらい ロビーの共用女子トイレの匂いが気になった。今後は利用はしません またお勧めはできません。

7.0部屋や大浴場からの眺望、５Fのお部屋だったので甲府盆地と遠くに南アルプスや富士山を眺めることが出来ました。眼下にはお庭の池に錦鯉が泳ぎ、風情もありました。
− 紹介写真程豪華ではなく、普通の和室。施設の老朽化が目立ち、壁紙の剝がれや塗装の剥落が目立った。お庭は立派なんですが、手入れが行き届いておらず残念な感じになっている。少しずつでも改修や設備更新をされた方が良いのではないかと思った。業者に頼まなくても出来るとこはあるのではないかと思う。元々が立派な設備なのに少しずつ残念なところが重なっている。
