− Customer care is a bit slow
We liked it, nice place in Mbarara

− The rooms are not soundproof (there was a party nearby until late hours, but that can be singular event)

− No lift, we had to take stairs. Toilet had no shataf so it was not convenient for me. Taps were leaking.
