4.0The staff was good, it's in a decent location relative to sanqingshan.
− The facilities are laaaaacking!! The space especially is atrocious. We had a really bad time when the staff was basically just chating among themselves, kept the light on, didnt have working A/C, etc. And we paid SGD 100 pp!!!! Furthermore so many floors are empty and not open.... it feels kinda creepy. Not super relaxing.

8.0The location of the hotel was amazing and the rooms were very comfortable with a great view.
− Had problems in communication. Hardly any staff in the property knew english. One of the major reasons I booked hilton was expecting that being an international brand, they would have english speaking employees atleast in the reception area. Also while trying to contact the property via chat, did not receive any reply at all.
