7.0Il b&b è situato in pieno centro. Comodissimo per visitare Catania a piedi. Parcheggio auto riservato. La signora delle colazioni molto gentile e disponibile.

8.0Location was excellent, close to everything. The room was amazing, clean, great size room with all you could want. Quality fittings and fixtures, except for the shower head. One of the breakfast ladies was fantastic, very polite made sure you had everything for breakfast. Very attentive, friendly and professional. Was well presented. She even offered on our last day to arrange a taxi to the airport…..she was a joy and an asset to the property, unfortunately didn’t get her name
− Check in was a little difficult, we had to call and wait for someone to come to let us in, it took awhile, which was not good at all, even though we did provide our arrival time. The gentleman that did come eventually was friendly and helpful. The shower head was not good, looked like half broken and water pressure minimal. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on a slab of concrete! One of the breakfast ladies, the one that was dressed like she was at home doing chores in her singlet and leggings, very unprofessional! was not friendly at all, did not offer to make us anything, not coffee , crosssiant or toast had to ask, unless you were Italian then she made a better effort, we noticed that the other Italian guests were much better treated by her and was attentive towards them…..she ignored us! unlike the beautiful other lady who offered you everything and made sure you ate well!
