4.0Overall staff was nice but the pictures on Expedia was not what we go when we got there to are room! We did complain to Addison blu but was told since we book thru Expedia there was nothing they could do! Staff would clean the room and not change the sheets! How we would know because my son wasted juice on the sheets and when we came back the room was clean and the same juice sheets was still on the bed made! Of course I called and someone came back and made the bed over! Just was an okay experience I guess. I wouldn’t stay their again tho with the room I was given!

2.0Utensil in room at time of check-in was dirty, internet doesn't work even with the access code I was given, no breakfast for over $500 I paid for two nights, restaurants are overpriced. Nothing to ride home about. There is better service elsewhere.
