6.0Stayed in their executive suite for few days. Location is central, accessible. Breakfast buffet very good and delicious. But the room looks very outdated, air conditioning is very loud. Me and my partner had to turn it off just so we can hear each other talking. We could also hear the jeepneys and vehicles outside -day and night. Water in the shower does not go warm enough. Limescales visible all over the bathroom. We can hear the room attendants chatter from our suite.
Location - yes. Overall comfort - NO.
4.0Second time to stay and again underwhelmed. The room we got had no windows, there was a kettle with 2 cups and saucers but no coffee or tea, no face towels, no facial tissue, we had to ask for hand towels, there’s what appears to be water damage to the floor near the bathroom, hallways always dark during the day, we had to pay a deposit to get a second room card, the elevator buttons are frustrating to use. The only improvements from the last time were the wifi connection and the water heater in the bathroom. Yes the location is great as it is downtown but its flaws leave you disappointed. This property needs updating and improvements in the way they provide comfort for the guests.
