10.0This Ryokan is absolutely amazing! We basically had a whole 2-floor building to ourselves (besides the main building). Kind of were used to not be able to open the suitcases in japanese hotels, but at this apartment there was so much space! The beds were absolutely fantastic, there was tea in the room and the private onsens are amazing (especially the outdoor ones!). The owner is extremely helpful and forthcoming. We were able to choose the room that we preferred more during checking and he explained all the facilities to us. At the end we've left one suitcase at the carpark by accident and he has messages us and even sent a picture of it. He offered to send it via delivery service but I haven't seen those messages until after we've made our way back to pick it up ourselves. I wish we would have the time to spend more days in this amazing place. There is so much to explore around and it's absolutely stunning. Not sure if it would be convenient without a car though...

10.0古風な感じがとても素敵でした。 太くてしぶい柱、ステンドグラス、障子、水の音が取り入れられてて日本感が滲み出ててとても気に入りました。 お料理は今まで食べてきてNo. 1！ お米最高〜日本人に生まれてきて良かった！ 北アルプス行くなら民宿たきざわ！ 友達にも職場の仲間にもお勧めします！

10.0Everything was phenomenal from the beginning. The kindness and attention to detail is the strongest aspect of this magnificent hotel. No forget about the amazing views we had from our room. Also, do not loss the chance to have dinner and breakfast during your stay. We definitely had the best food of our trip.

10.0What a spot!! Deep in the mountains, absolutely fantastic outside onsens, wonderful sweet proprietor, who spoke great English. Order food beforehand, it's beautifully presented. One of my favourite spots in all Japan
