4.0The location was excellent. It is in a food district, so even though we arrived late, we had no trouble finding places to eat. It was also convenient to get to the airport.
− hmm. ...The facilities were not exceptional, but my biggest concern was the cleanliness. The toilet was not clean, and there was mold on the shower head. There were also not enough towels provided. In addition, after we checked in, it was difficult to get assistance because there was a sign indicating that the hotel was fully booked.

9.0일단 사장님이 친절하시고 투숙객의 요구에 긍정적이며 배려심이 있으세요. 애견을 두 마리나 동반한 숙박이었는데 패드에 식사그릇 챙겨주시고 바로 앞 신제주 공영주차장에 편하게 주차하고 다녔는데 주차비 백퍼 지원해주셨어요. 구축 버전 호텔이라 세련되고 현대적이지는 않지만 대신 넓고 청결해서 이용 편했어요. 연동에 위치해서 번화가 거리였기에 애견과 함께 거닐며 눈요기와 아이쇼핑 즐기며 즐거운 밤산책 가능합니다. 숙소 1층 까페가 애견동반 가능해서 매일 망고눈꽃빙수 맛있게 먹었어요. 숙박 4박 5일동안 매일 만실이었어요.
− 대규모 숙박업소가 아닌데다 가성비 호텔이다 보니 예약 만실이어서 1층 프런트에 상주하는 직원분이 종일 계신 것이 아니어서 생수,화장지, 수건 등을 요청할때나 다른 요구사항 있을때 부득이하게 주무시는 사장님 휴대폰에 연락하는게 좀 미안했어요.
