5.0Location wasn’t too far out from the city. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.
− The communication was very poor. We had paid for breakfast to be included, and were not informed that the cafe where we were meant to have breakfast was closed (which meant we received no breakfast). This was only communicated after I had asked, and we were told that the city tax was waived in order for us to use that money to buy breakfast. However, the city tax money spared certainly was not enough to cover a proper breakfast for 2 people daily. In addition, it is advertised that an airport shuttle is available at an additional cost. However, when I asked how we could organise this, they simply communicated how we could get to the hotel (which included public transportation options or a private taxi that we would have to book ourselves). Overall, very poorly managed.
