10.0מקום עם מיקום מעולה. עם חניה גדולה ומרווחת. ממש קרוב לתחנת הרכבת לאי ונציה. המקום היה נקי, כמעט כולו ממוזג (וגם מה שלא אז מושפע מאלו שכן ומאוד נעים). בעל הבית איש ישר, יקר ונעים שעוזר בכל דבר ואכפת לו שיהיה נעים וטוב.
− יש בעיה באיזור הזה במסטרה של לחץ מים, אז לפעמים במקלחת הלחץ מעט נמוך אבל בשביל נופש זה לגמרי בסדר והיה נעים מאוד להיות שם ארבעה ימים.
