1.0Kompletnie abstrakcyjna sytuacja na którą ani apartament ani booking nie zareagował do dziejszego dnia. Kupiłem ten apartament, jechałem z dziewczyną spokojnie do KRK, żeby się zameldować, o 14.30 otrzymałem informację, że potwierdzona rezerwacja, jest nieaktualna, zostałem na lodzie, z wydanymi pieniądzmi i straconym czasem, do dziś dnia nie otrzymałem słowa przepraszam ani zwrotów kosztów i jak widzicie nawet mogę ocenić pobyt do którego nie doszło i nie wpuszczono mnie do apartamentu mimo że rezerwacja potwierdzona dzień wcześniej... Rozumiecie? Bo ja do dziś jestem w szoku i sprawę będę wyjaśniał droga prawną, po prostu kupiłem coś nie otrzymałem tego, wszystkie prawa konsumenta przemawiają za mną a do dziś zero kontaktu i chęci załatwienia sprawy polubownie.
− Brak kontaktu, nie odbieranie telefonu, nie odpisywanie na maile do dnia dzisiejszego, będąc po zakupionym apartamentem czułem się jak złodziej! Do tego czas, paliwo, parkingi a chęci do rozwiązania sprawy do dziś dnia brak zarówno kontaktu i zwrotu kosztów ze strony apartamentu i bookingu, wrogowi nie życzę, zamiast fajnego wieczoru, zmarnowana kasa, czas i mnóstwo nerwów! Sprawę zamierzam opisać szczegółowo na łamach mediów społecznościowych a następnie zgłosic do biura praw konsumenta za pośrednictwem mojego pełnomocnika, nie chodzi o pieniądze ale o zmarnowaną niedzielę, czas, rozczarowanie i wstyd

− Facing onto busy road so quite noisy at all times of day and night (trams running nearly 24 hours/day) and could not open windows because of noise.

8.0Przestronny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony, lokalizacja bardzo dobra, elastyczność co do godzin przyjazdu wyjazdu (+ 1 godzina nie było problemu), kontakt bardzo dobry.
− 1 lampka nocna jedyna w sypialni- brak żarówki 800 zł kaucji zamrożone na tydzień - brak jasnej informacji w opisie 100 zł dodatkowo na miejscu za zwierzaka na 1 dzień ze względu na większe sprzątanie- dyskusyjne
