Very functional, but reasonable value, short stay in rooms attached to Greene King pub

− Location (by dual carriageway in Aberdeen's bare southern suburbs) isn't one for most visitors- but excellent if you're travelling to watch Cove Rangers FC!

− Rooms badly needing an upgrade. Inside of door in bathroom was badly damaged by steam etc. Part of the desk was broken. Bathroom looked grubby but was actually clean. The selection at breakfast was poor.
really enjoyed the stay and the staff were super friendly.
8.0Location was good for us, but it is a little outside the centre. Once you get the hang of the buses, it is very accessible.
− All was good, maybe a bit more furniture in the room to put clothes etc. on.
