10.0This place is quite the find. Affordable for any budget, centrally located, free parking , breakfast included and it's super nice inside. Recently renovated. Not what you would expect in the edge of the tenderloin. Friendly service at the desk. Elevator. Might not want to do much walking at night but otherwise very safe and secure. Parking and building entrance also very safe and secure. Comfy bed. Highly recommend.

− The location.. it was our 1st time in SF and was kinda shocked seeing all the homeless and addicts in the area and around the property.
