10.0Everything, but we feel a bit lonely in the low season. The hotel is not busy and the staff takes very good care of us and get us an upgraded corner room with the best view.

9.0Các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Mình ở ks thuộc hệ thống Mường Thanh nhiều nơi nhưng mình thấy thái độ các bạn ở đây là dễ chịu nhất đặc biệt khu vực sảnh lễ tân. Bữa sáng rất tốt đối với ks vùng cao, hợp khẩu vị.
