− Me pareció muy muy justo. La habitación no olía a limpio. Hacía un calor terrible y ni un ventilador. Dos pisos a pue con maleta. No me gusta nada de nada que no haya personas de carne y hueso al control

8.0Ubicación céntrica, tienes todo cerca y el caso historico a 10minutos,también cerca de la estación de tren. Personal simpático Habitacion espaciosa con escritorio y baño privado. Decoración muy bonita e histórica. Cuenta con wifi gratis y conexión decente.
− No hay aire acondicionado, por suerte en Vitoria por la noches refresca,pero si te pilla una ola de calor no descansas bien Mala insonorización, me quede dos noches y una de las noches en la habitación de al al lado habia un bebe que no paraba de llorar y los padres estaba casa 2h bajando al microndas, no descanse nada esa noche se escucha mucho el ruido del rellano y de otras habitaciones. La recepción esta en un edificio distinto a las habitaciones tienes que rodear la manzana para el check-in y luego de nuevo para ir a las habitaciónes
