10.0Hotel staff (reception, valleys, restaurant) were exceptional and the service was great. The hotelroom was spotless with the room service on point with fresh towels and refreshments. The restaurant was amazing with plenty of options of delicious food. Definitely worth the stay.
− It was a bit confusing to know which restaurant would be open for which day and where breakfast would be served. The receptionists were very helpful to point me in the right direction, though.

10.0Wejście do hotelu bardzo przyjemne, hol przejście do recepcji naprawdę coś pięknego i te samochody Porsche, ktoś to jest fanem motoryzacji to wisienka na torcie. Na najlepszą ocenę zasługuje personel. W żadnym hotelu w Warszawie personel nie był tak profesjonalny jak w hotelu Heron. Personel z Warszawy mógłby wziąć przykład z personelu z hotelu w którym mieliśmy przyjemność skorzystać. Również kuchnia bardzo pyszne dania, polędwica wołowa coś pięknego lepszej nie jedliśmy nigdy. Panie kelnerki również bardzo profesjonalne. Pokój bardzo czysty i przyjemny wystrój. Upominek w formie pralinek na wymeldowanie z hotelu również bardzo przyjemny gest.
− Jedyny minus ale to mały iż basen w środku obiektu był bardzo zimny a jacuzzi bardzo gorące, na zewnątrz było w porządku.

− Low variety of food. Not so comfortable beds. Small, low quality saunas with only low temperature.
