Ho soggiornato presso casale civetta per fortuna solo una notte. A prenotazione e pagamento avvenuto vengo informato dal proprietario tramite un messaggio whatsapp, del fatto che il casale era in overbooking e che avrei dovuto disdire io stesso dal sito la mia prenotazione ( rinunciando così al diritto di ricopertura della prenotazione). Dopo varie peripezie tra l’operatrice di expedia e la struttura, la stessa accetta la mia prenotazione con un downgrade di stanza (chiaramente non rimborsato). Accetto il soggiorno ignaro di dove mi stessi dirigendo. Tralasciando l’inciampo arriviamo alla location e siamo accolti dal gestore che era palesemente scocciato del nostro arrivo,il quale non ha tardato ad informarmi di dovergli pagare il pernottamento del mio cane (con una certa saccenza) di 30€x di cui ha fatto le ricevuta solo dopo espressa richiesta. All mi ternò della struttura sono presenti giochi e intrattenimenti per bambini, i quali a mio avviso pericolosamente degradati, arrugginiti e semplicemente rotti. Piscina con acqua color “verde pisello”, la quale ha attirato una quantità di zanzare all’interno delle stanze imbarazzante e invivibile. Peccando anche di pulizia con della sabbia a terra, e segni di zanzare schiacciate sulle pareti in stile “Pollok” incorniciano le ragnatele presenti sulle travi che formano il soffitto. Una abat jour con un filo scoperto e staccato dalla lampada piuttosto pericoloso per bambini e/o animali.
