Good location, but AC and beds were disappointing.

The location was good, but there were 6 or 7 stair bridges to go over with heavy luggage (not the properties fault).

− The AC was in one room and very weak... no fans, the kitchen was a sauna. The beds need to be changed because there were deep depressions on each side and hard for a stomach sleeper. We pay a cleaning fee, but are expected to throw out the trash. The shower was terrible and could only have hot or cold showers. They gave us two rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 3N4D....Also, the TV had 500 channels, but only a few were free and we couldn't watch normal TV to watch the world cup...:(

Great location, shame about the AC

The location was perfect. 30 minute walk to St Mark's. Water transport 5 minute walk. many restaurants nearby.

− One Ac unit for entire apartment in main bedroom. Had to buy electric fan for second bedroom or leave door open in main bedroom. Told not to lower the temperature on Ac even though outside temp 38C.. Had to get up before 08.30 to empty bins. Mattress in main bedroom uncomfortable.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr angenehme Wohnung, gemütlich und großzügig. Gutes Bett. Die Lage ist gut, zwischen Bahnhof und Zattere.

− Nur Kleinigkeiten: den Müll selbst entsorgen zu müssen ist lästig, aber üblich in Venedig. Auch, dass nie genug Klopapier für die Anzahl der Nächte da ist, finde ich kleinlich, aber auch das ist üblich. Die Dusche ist ein bisschen eng, aber gut. Falls man zu dritt kommt: Das zweite Schlafzimmer ( Einzelbett) ist ein Durchgangszimmer.

- Close enough to the interesting areas and water bus connectivity - large space, full equipped apartment

− - We were asked not to flush used toilet paper in the toilet which was awkward - Visitors have to discard all waste themselves by 8.30am which is inconvenient for a 10am checkout - The apartment was dusty. - You can ignore these factors but not at the price we paid

很漂亮的房子，内部有很多巧妙的装饰。紧邻河流，打开窗户可以看到不错的景色；步行到火车站大概20分钟以内。接待也很周全，一位友善的先生为我们提供了很多旅行建议。
