10.0Todo ,el apartamento super limpio,con todas las comodidades y utensilios de cocina ,baño completo,no faltaba detalle,camas muy cómodas. Ernst gracias por toda la información que nos diste y por hacer que nuestra estancia fuese tan agradable.
− No puedo decir nada malo ,lo único que hay unas cuantas escaleras para acceder al apartamento,para nosotras no fue ningún problema, pero si van personas con poca movilidad sería un problema .

10.0Excellent location and minutes away from water ferry stop. Apartment was very well thought out: every possible convenience was available. Well stocked kitchen. Many supplies available and nothing spared. How to use instructions on appliances ( much appreciated!). Our welcome tour and instructions were very thorough. Very clean. Cosy apartment and quiet.

10.0This was a modern, comfortable, quiet, well-designed apartment in a perfect location for walkability and vaporetto exploration! The host thought of all the little things you may need when traveling- from washcloths to toiletries to a thermometer! We were very pleased with the beds and air conditioning, and our children loved having their own spaces.

10.0En effet il y a des escaliers etroits mais l appart est a rialto station centrale et 3 mn des rue commercantes. L appart est superrrr propre . Et l equipe agreable.

9.0The location is great! It is close enough to walk to the main areas but it is in a quiet alley away from the crowds. We enjoyed having three bedrooms and two bathrooms! The washing machine was so useful! We loved the cozy, homey kitchen. The owners considered every detail (laundry soap, stain remover, first aid, shampoo, cleaning products, iron, books, etc). The A/C worked very well too! We made sure to turn off an AC unit though while running the washing machine so as to not blow a fuse. There are 3 different steep stairwells to climb so not a great location for anyone with mobility issues.
− It was not clear in the description of the apartment that one of the bedrooms did not have AC.

•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services.
•In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.
•Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.
•Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.
•City tax (€3.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival.
