Warm and welcoming, and great value in a convenient location.
9.0We loved the location. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. And the room was great value and had everything we needed.
− The kitchen scissors were flimsy, but when I mentioned this to staff they made a note and said they would replace them so not really an issue.
Not quite happy with our stay.
5.0Quite and nice location, near to the bus station and MRT
− No fire evacuation plan inside the room , we are lock inside the as the bedroom lock was broken , we ring the reception no one answer eventhough it says 24 hrs ,no phone inside the room for direct contact to the reception.I have to ring 999 to let us out of the room.If theres a fire theres no escape ,the windows not even open to a small opening to shout for help. Im not happy , no apologies receive from the staff .
