− It just needed a bit more of a clean around the edges - dust on the skirting boards and the shower did not have a hook to hold it up

7.0It’s cheap and very close to the tube
− It’s tired especially the bathrooms. It’s very close to the tube, though the noise isn’t too bad. Sensitive sleepers could find it a challenge however.
Good budget B&B option with single and double rooms.
8.0I have stayed here a few times and it’s a good value budget B&B hotel. Nice free continental breakfast in the room, good wifi, easy and secure access to both overall premises and rooms.
− Single rooms are quite small, beds and bathroom facilities are fairly basic, but everything is clean and well maintained. It’s a perfectly suitable budget accommodation option.

Pleasant budget B&B in West London
7.0Secure and easy-to-access property. Nice continental breakfast facilities in room. Bed small but comfortable. Good wifi and TV with streaming services. Premises overall is cosy and quiet.
− Room was very small and not much room to move around in, although reasonable value for money paid. Overhead bed light didn’t work and one of the plug sockets didn’t work.
