6.0Quirky check in procedure. It was unclear where or when we check in. Were dropped off in front of our hotel but eventually were directed to check in next door. Had to move our luggage back and forth up and down stairs.

10.0This original old house is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Beziers. The rooms are modern, airy and spotlessly clean. The courtyard / swimming pool area is a lovely place to relax in the evening with a drink and watch the little lizards climbing the walls. Be aware as this is an old house there is no lift.
