10.0One of my favorite hotels in Istanbul! The atmosphere is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is always excellent. A special thank you to Yağmur for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She truly makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. I always enjoy staying at Elite World Grand Istanbul Basin Ekspres and look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!
