8.0Very convenient to the American Academy in Rome where I was visiting friends. Comfortable room. Nice staff. Beautiful terrace.
− I was on the first floor and heard people coming in late at night. Woke me up. Was a little peeved about that but didn't realize that it would be a problem. I would recommend another room.

10.0Stefano and Fabrizio are super helpful and nice. They have a filtered water machine which is amazing and also has an espresso maker in the room. Very cute place in a quiet and safe area.
− Nothing really. We were specifically looking in the area on the other side of the river from the touristy area of Rome.

8.0The location was lovely and and not far from great restaurants full of locals and not far from all the tourist districts either walking or by public transport. The owners were very helpful giving advice on key landmarks and places to eat. There is a free water machine and plenty of coffee! The black out blind was great for sleep!
− The noise from the apartment above, there was a child that ran around quite late into the evening and early in the morning. This was not one of the suites unfortunately. We had earplugs which was definitely needed. The terrace was a real asset but the chairs were not well kept and the table dirty. Please owners make this a nice space to relax after a day of sightseeing. It wasnt luxury but a nice traditional building that provided a comfortable stay
