Extremely disappointing, overpriced and far below the advertised five-star standard.
2.0The central location of the hotel was convenient. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
− We paid over €1,300 for three nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday, expecting a five-star experience. Instead, the swimming pool was dirty and poorly maintained, with leaves and dark deposits. I was concerned about letting my daughter swim. The bathroom had a terrible drainage smell, the Wi-Fi repeatedly failed despite reporting it, and damaged flooring caused me to cut my foot and bleed. Even worse, hotel management has failed to respond to our formal complaint, despite repeated attempts by Booking.com to contact them. Completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel at this price.
The hotel was in a great location the room was ideal for us and the staff made it special thanks
10.0The room was fab with my 13 year old having his own part with a door . The staff were so friendly and helpful and came with a token gift each night it was lovely x
