10.0Best place to go. Beach Villa #1 is the best place to stay. Been remodeled and is very private and relaxing.

10.0We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. It felt like our own private beach. The staff was especially helpful in planning transportation and booking excursions. The villa was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Belize.
The Food Was Awesome!!
5.0Breakfast and dinner were good. The staff was very nice and accommodating in moving us around the complex. The Madera House had its own private pool.
− I guess my expectations of what I thought the resort would be. First, the houses were in an almost jungle setting. It didn't look like that from the pictures. I stayed at Umaya before and was trying to avoid a similar experience. We rented Madera and one of the tree-top houses. Our party was on the elderly side. Both places had lots of stairs, and the top and bottom units were entirely separate, which was weird. We couldn't all be in the same space, which was the point of booking a 5-bedroom house. They provided one book per unit, which was located in the upstairs unit. Everything you wanted to know about the resort was in the book. The people in the downstairs unit had to borrow the book. People booking need to verify the bedroom situation before making a reservation.

Incredible experience at Naia resort!
10.0We cannot say enough positive things about this incredible visit to Naia! The property is stunning and everyone’s reviews raving about the beautiful setting and gorgeous grounds are spot on! We had an ocean front cabana room that was beyond comfortable and what we had hoped for and expected from a luxury resort. Waking to that view every morning was truly special and we loved being directly in the beach. The staff went above and beyond to provide 5-star service and attention to detail. The food was incredible. Chef Eddie delivered on every meal- try the breakfast quesadilla and the papaya salad! Nelson and Johnny made incredible drinks! Would highly recommend this beautiful resort!

− The food at the restaurants was severely disappointing. Most things on the menu were not available. The food pairings were odd. In fairness, the pepper soup was good. But not a place of culinary excellence.
