5.0The room itself was average. The location, however, is good, with easy access to both buses and the metro.
− The check-in experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival (18:30) I was asked to wait in the street 30 minutes because there was no one available to let me in. The person responsible then arrived another hour late, meaning I had to wait 1.5 hours in total before I could access my room. In the meantime, some neighbours in the building kindly helped me get inside the main entrance. The same lack of punctuality occurred when I needed to pay the tourist tax. The person responsible was again not available on time, and I was unable to pay by POS, so I had to leave cash in the room. Unfortunately, there were also some cleanliness and maintenance issues: the sink was full of long hairs clearly visible around the drain, and there was a strong cigarette smell lingering in the corridor. Overall, the poor check-in experience, lack of punctuality, and cleanliness issues made the stay disappointing. I would not recommend this accommodation.

− Seng som ikke var skrudd skikkelig sammen. Tett vask. Frekk og lite hjelpsom kontaktperson. Refererte hele tiden til mail. Vi hadde vært på reisefot i 12 timer, og ikke sett mail. Vi ringe henne 4 ganger, og hun bare la på. Det kom en som hadde leilighet i samme hus, og snakket Italiensk med henne, og fikk ordnet med nøkkel og kom oss inn. Også fått frekke sms om hvor vi hadde gjort av nøkkel, den hadde vi lagt i box i hallen, som det sto i meldingen.

8.0Posizione molto vicina a stazione Tiburtina, la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile con l'autobus e in pochi minuti. Stanza molto comoda e confortevole, completa di tutto il necessario per soggiornare, inoltre esteticamente molto carina. Servizi igienici puliti e completi di tutto il necessario. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi evenienza, inoltre nel mio caso nel prezzo era compresa una colazione consumabile presso un bar convenzionato a pochi passi dalla struttura mediante voucher fornito dal personale. Le camere sono silenziose e la struttura è molto tranquilla e senza rumori, l'ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata di lavoro o di passeggio in città. Stazione della metro a pochi minuti dalla struttura.

8.0Ottima posizione. Mancava il frigo in camera perché era condiviso con le altre stanze. La colazione limitata al cappuccino e brioche, il succo si pagava a parte.
