10.0這是一家超乎預期的好民宿，本來是因為鄰近台東火車站，地點非常便利，所以在網路上訂這家旅館。但這家民宿讓人有一個很舒服在家中的自在感受，除了擺設和燈光打得很好，停車場停車時會有感應燈光讓停車很安全和方便，進入住所乾淨整齊之外，裝潢很實用外加現代美觀，讓住宿多了一分旅遊休閒感，拍照起來是美好的旅遊回憶。負責管理是一個很細心體貼的小姐，讓我們的check in和其他部分可以配合我們的行程得到很好的彈性調整，讓我們的行程可以從容自在，房間內部非常棒，有很好的配置舉凡行李箱、衣服和衛浴用品放置都有很方便舒適之處，那邊晚上很安靜，在忙碌旅途中得到了很好的洗滌和休息，下次再去台東市過夜，一定會選擇這裡。
