4.0Hôtels.com hasn’t provided proper and sufficient information regarding this hotel’s payment issue. This hotel does not accept any credit cards or bank cards which is very uncommon and inconvenient nowadays. Hope it will change sooner than later.

10.0Fabrice was an amazing host, making sure we felt welcome and providing helpful recommendations and advice to get around town. Our room was spacious and clean and the overall experience of staying in a historical building was amazing! Would stay here again!

6.0Très belle chambre, très propre et le petit dejeuner très bon. Par contre, le gros point noir d où ma note general à 3 étoiles, rue très bruyante (chambre côté rue) et les chambres avec le parquet qui fait un bruit d enfer....bref deux nuits où nous avons pas trop dormi. Dommage car l'emplacement en plein centre de Bordeaux et place de parking sécurisée sont un gros atout!
